I was unsure where to find a bouncy castle last minute for my nephew’s birthday, so I called and spoke with Anna. She was incredibly kind and helpful with the reservation process. Bob was also great in assisting me with choosing the perfect bouncy castle for the party. Their website is user-friendly, offering both delivery and pickup options. Customer Service was through the roof. The owners really care about customers. My son was with me during pickup and they even gave him a small gift for his birthday. Over the top A+++++++

A nice variety of castles to choose from! Our castle was clean and in new shape. It was also a breeze to set up. The castle at our birthday event didn't just put smiles on the faces of the kids! =) Would highly recommend to anyone for their next event.

Highly recommend this place! They have the best selection of bouncers and the best service. We chose to pickup and setup ourselves. They were very helpful by showing us how to optimize our backyard space.

Their pricing was competitive, amazing customer service, and great cancellation policy. The day of my party it showed rain. I called at 7:30 to cancel. Then I called back at 9:30 and they called the driver and he was able to add me back to the drop off. Nick was so friendly and he set everything up without issue. We had the bouncer from 11am to 8:30pm. Will definitely use them again.

We rented the rainbow bouncer with double slides. Got the early delivery, was well worth it! Kids loved it. Don’t recommend using the slide without water- we used a water gun to keep it safe to slide on. Pick-up was smooth and on time. Would rent again!
